"About São Paulo. I have explored several international cities from Prague to Shenzhen. There are many places that you could create a AAA property at a tremendous savings. But IP and tech security, cultural integration and technical prowess lifted Bangalore to the top tier with São Paulo being an honorable mention. I believe that creating this property in the USA would deliver the best product but the price tag is nearly double. With that in mind I felt more comfortable exploring other places but to me the ultimate goal is to create a product that is profitable and enjoyable. I believe that Narssica will be both!
